extra credit

I am a firm believer in providing extra credit opportunities throughout the year and even on a daily basis. At least once per day a student will ask me a question that I either do not have time to answer,being that it is off topic, or that I am unable to answer. When this arises I tell the student to look it up, print or write it out, and get back to us tomorrow. If they chose to do this, which no one has yet, I will give them a little boost to their grade in that particular subject. I'm not talking about bumping a grade from a C- to an A but I will give them a few extra points.

I also provide extra credit opportunities on most tests.

If your child receives a failing grade on a test. They may retake it for a chance to improve their grade. The highest they may receive on the retake is a 70%.
