May and June Wednesdays $1 Free Choice Dress Days Student Council Fundraiser for Tijuana Orphanage

Student Council Fundraiser Student Council is trying a new fundraiser this year. To help raise money for the orphanage we sponsor in Tijuana, Student Council will host SIX Wednesday $1 Free Choice Dress Days and $1 Hawaiian Day/ 5-8 Dance. All proceeds will be donated to the orphanage.   To promote competition, two prizes will be awarded.  The first prize will go to the class with the highest percentage of participants on all SIX Wednesday $1 Dress Days. The second prize will go to the class that raises the greatest amount of money in relation to the number of students in the class. Both prizes will be an ice-cream party. Students will pay their teachers the day of, rather than prepay, for each dress day. This will allow Student Council to keep track of class totals and percentages. Additional donations are happily and gratefully welcomed, as all proceeds will go to children who are far less fortunate.   Please remember to follow the student handbook dress code and wear appropriate clothing on these $1 Dress Days.
